Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma is an indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma associated with monoclonal IgM production, and is also referred to as Waldenström macroglobulinemia. It typically presents as a slow-growing B-cell malignancy involving bone marrow and related lymphoid tissues.
