CTCL stands for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, a group of non-Hodgkin lymphomas involving malignant T cells that initially affect the skin. Skin lesions often begin as rash-like patches and may progress to plaques or tumors as disease advances. The condition includes subtypes such as mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome.
