BioNTech is a Germany-based immunotherapy and biotechnology company focused on therapies for cancer and other serious diseases. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Mainz, it became globally known for co-developing an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine with Pfizer. The company is publicly traded on Nasdaq under BNTX.
