Summary

The researchers are doing this study to find out whether the combination of zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and sonrotoclax (BOSon) is an effective treatment approach for people with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).

DRUG

Zanubrutinib

PO twice daily of each 28-day cycle

DRUG

Obinutuzumab

IVPB on days 1, 8, and 15 of cycle 1; and IVPB on day 1 of cycles 2-8

DRUG

Sonrotoclax

Sonrotoclax will be initiated on C2D1 using the ramp-up schedule
