BIO-FUNCTION for Prediction Non Relapse Mortality in Transplant and Cell Therapy
NCT07769151 · Status: RECRUITING · Type: OBSERVATIONAL · Enrollment: 124
Last updated 2026-08-17
Summary
The purpose of this research is test if combination of physical tests and blood tests drawn before SCTCT can predict NRM.
Conditions
- Mortality Prediction
Interventions
- DIAGNOSTIC_TEST
-
blood sample to check CXCL9 pre stem cell transplant and cell therapy
Pre SCTCT as per SOC physical function assessment will be performed in a form of IADl, hand grip, and or walk test like TUG. Specimen Collection Studies: LDH , albumin, ferritin, CRP, platelet and creatinine will be collected as per standard of care pre SCTCT. The non-SOC procedure will be drawing CXL9
