· Misoprostol + letrozole

1. to compare the effect of letrozole plus misoprostol versus misoprostol alone for termination of second-trimester pregnancy. 2. to compare efficacy of letrozole and misoprostol versus misoprostol alone in theraputic abortion (living fetus) versus missed abortion.
