Reverse fly excercise
The procedure Stand with feet shoulder width apart while holding a dumbbell in each hand Flex the hips and knees slightly leaning the trunk forward while maintaining a neutral spine Allow the arms to hang perpendicular to the floor with elbows slightly flexed Horizontally abduct the shoulders by lifting the arms laterally until they are level with the shoulders Retract the scapulae at the top of the movement without elevating the shoulders Lower the arms slowly and with control back to the starting position Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
