Summary
This study aims to evaluate the screening performance of the DETAIL and IBIS-Q questionnaires followed by musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) for the early detection of spondyloarthritis in patients previously diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

DETAIL .IBIS_Q . MSUS
All patients will be screened using the DETAIL and IBIS-Q questionnaires, followed by a comprehensive musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) assessment.
