Summary
This study aims to analyze the relationship between social media use, body image disorders, sexuality, sleep quality, and physical activity during the postpartum period. For this purpose, we will recruit 85 postpartum women through midwives from the Zamora Health Area. Following the signing of informed consent, participants will complete validated online questionnaires evaluating these dimensions. Participant recruitment and data collection will take place from September to December 2026.
