Summary

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive subtype of breast cancer associated with a poor prognosis. Although neoadjuvant therapy improves outcomes in patients who achieve a pathological complete response, the presence of residual disease after treatment remains associated with an increased risk of recurrence and death. This retrospective cohort study aims to evaluate the survival outcomes of patients with residual disease following neoadjuvant therapy for TNBC and to assess the association between clinicopathological characteristics and survival outcomes, including disease-free survival and overall survival

Not applicable. This is a retrospective observational cohort study. No study intervention is administered. Data will be collected retrospectively from patients' medical records, and all treatments were provided as part of routine clinical care.
