POS Mobilization by 3-DRT Affect Functional Outcome in Layered Syndrome
NCT07710079 · Status: COMPLETED · Phase: NA · Type: INTERVENTIONAL · Enrollment: 44
Last updated 2026-07-17
Summary
I aim to study the effects of posterior oblique sling mobilization by 3-D release technique on pain, range of motion and functional disability in layered syndrome
Conditions

-
Conventional Physical Therapy
Cervical isometrics and lumbar isometrics 10 repitionsx 1 set, 3 days/week and targeted sustained muscle stretching (pectoralis, upper trapezius, levator scapulae, iliopsoas, rectus femoris and lumbar erector spinae) for 20-30 seconds 10 repititions x 1 set 3 days/week 12 sessions were given in total

POS Mobilization
In experimental group, POS mobilization was done along with cervical and lumbar isometrics and stretching. POS mobilization by 3-D release technique along with Cervical isometrics and lumbar isometrics 10 repitionsx 1 set, 3 days/week and targeted sustained muscle stretching (pectoralis, upper trapezius, levator scapulae, iliopsoas, rectus femoris and lumbar erector spinae) for 20-30 seconds 10 repititions x 1 set 3 days/week 12 sessions were given in total
