Summary
The purpose of this study is verify the effects of a 16 sessions of a web based resistance training, on balance, neuromuscular performance and symptomatology of fibromyalgia.

Web based resistance training
The web-based resistance training protocol was completed over the course of sixteen sessions, with each session lasting fifty minutes and occurring twice a week on alternate days.
