MAITHLEND MOBILIZATION

10 minutes per session grade 1-2 maitland mobilization

DEVICE

transcutaneous electrical neuromuscular stimulation

used for 20 minutes

OTHER

stretching hamstrings

30 seconds 5 times per session

OTHER

moist hot packs

15 minutes per session
