Trial Outcomes & Findings for A Study of Remote Asthma Management Using an Integrated Artificial Intelligence-assisted EHR Dashboard and Mobile Device Compared With Usual Asthma Care to Treat 6-17 Year Old Patients (NCT NCT06062433)

NCT ID: NCT06062433

Last Updated: 2026-07-22

Results Overview

Measured by a single question to assess satisfaction about asthma care using a Likert scale where 1=strongly disagree and 5=strongly agree. Total scores range from 1 to 5, with higher scores indicates greater satisfaction.

PRIMARY outcome

Timeframe: Baseline, 6 months

Population: Outcome only applied to subjcts who received treatment for asthma \& subjects who provided the treatment; therefore, it doesn't apply to asthma coordinators as they coordinated treatment \& didn't receive or provide it.1 subjct in the pediatric intervention, 2 in clinician control \& 1 in clinician intervention didn't complete survey at baseline. 11 subjcts in the pediatric intervention, 3 in pediatric control, 6 in clinician control \& 7 in clinician intervention didn't complete survey at 6 months.

Measured by a single question to assess satisfaction about asthma care using a Likert scale where 1=strongly disagree and 5=strongly agree. Total scores range from 1 to 5, with higher scores indicates greater satisfaction.

SECONDARY outcome

Timeframe: 6 Months

Population: This outcome measure only applied to the participants who provided the treatment (Clinicians); therefore, this outcome measure does not apply to the pediatric asthma intervention group, pediatric asthma control group or the asthma care coordinators as they were receiving the treatment or coordinating the treatment, not providing the treatment. 3 clinicians in the control arm and 8 clinicians in the intervention arm did not complete this survey question.

The number of minutes it took a clinician to review a patient's relevant medical information in preparation for their treatment visit.
