Summary

This is a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial in which patients with major depressive disorder will receive augmentation through minocycline (MCO), celecoxib (CXB) or placebo.

Oral capsule, 200 mg, twice daily, for 12 weeks

Oral capsule, 100 mg, twice daily, for 12 weeks
