Platelet rich plasma

platelet rich plasma will be obtained from the particepants own blood mixed with activator and bupivacaine

COMBINATION_PRODUCT

Methylprednisolone

1ml methyl prednisolone 40mg\\ml mixed with normal saline and bupivacaine
