Summary

This is a monocentric randomized prospective trial comparing 2 different endovascular strategies of intracranial arterial angioplasty in case of refractory intracranial arterial vasospastic stenosis :

* chemical angioplasty
* chemical and mechanical angioplasty

Conditions
