Summary

The aim of this study is to compare the effectiveness of hormonal intrauterine device (IUD) in treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome in comparison with oral progestins treatment.

insertion of hormonal IUD during menstrual period

oral ethisteron twice daily for three months
