Comparing amount of horizontal bone gain 4 months after alveolar ridge augmentation using IPRF Nano- micro Sticky Bone with perforated collagen membrane versus occlusive barrier membrane by :

1. clinical and Radiographic analysis .
2. Histomorphometric analysis .
