Phenylephrine infusion 0.3ml/kg/hour (equivalent to 0.5mcg/kg/min, phenylephrine dilution is 100mcg/ml in 20ml syringe)

Normal saline infusion 0.3ml/kg/hour (normal saline in 20ml syringe)
