Summary

This is a multi-center, open-label Phase 1b study of SLC-0111 (oral) in combination with IV gemcitabine in CA IX positive subjects with mPDAC and comprises of 2 parts:

* Part 1: Dose Escalation
* Part 2: Dose Expansion
