DRUG

Ivermectin

A single weight based dose of ivermectin

DRUG

Permethrin 5%

Permethrin cream is used in conjunction with Malathion shampoo when ivermectin is contra-indicated

Malathion Shampoo 0.5%

Permethrin cream is used in conjunction with Malathion shampoo when ivermectin is contra-indicated
