SECONDARY outcome
Timeframe: 2 yearsProgression-free survival (PFS) is defined as the time from start of study therapy to progressive disease (PD) assessed by Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) v1.1 criteria below. Participants alive without PD will be censored at their date of last follow-up. \* Progressive disease (PD): At least a 20% increase in the sum of the longest diameter (LD) of target lesion, taking as reference the smallest sum LD recorded since the treatment started or the appearance of one or more new lesions.

Overall survival (OS) is defined as the time from start of study therapy to death of any cause. Participants who are not known to have died will be censored at the date they were are last known to be alive. OS will be reported for participants who receive FOLFIRINOX-Losartan with radiotherapy.
