Study objectives:

* To estimate the incidence of pulmonary deterioration in adult pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis
* To assess the impact of tobacco discontinuation
* Study Design Multicentric prospective cohort study
* Main endpoint: Pulmonary deterioration
* Sample size : 40 patients
