Eli Lilly's Taltz-Zepbound combination achieved significant improvements in two Phase 3b trials for plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis with obesity. Combo therapy led to complete skin clearance and weight loss in psoriasis, and rapid disease activity reduction in psoriatic arthritis. The results were presented at AAD 2026.
Lilly said a Phase IIIb trial of ixekizumab plus tirzepatide in psoriasis and obesity or overweight beat ixekizumab alone on complete skin clearance plus at least 10% weight loss at 36 weeks.

Takeda announced positive Phase 3 results for zasocitinib in adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, meeting all 44 endpoints. The company is also conducting a Phase 3 trial in pediatric patients.
